TAJ Hotel | Sherlock Holmes Afternoon Tea Review
As I arrived at the hotel, I was already blown away by the architecture of the building, a beautiful design that enticed me inside. I was re-directed to the right into the ST.James Court to the Sherlock Holmes afternoon tea.
I walked through the sophisticated and incredibly classy building to my table where I met the other bloggers and representatives from the TAJ hotel. I was greeted with a high level of respect and politeness from all members of staff, and before I knew it I’m sat down enjoying my chai tea and sandwiches; I couldn’t have asked for much more.
Below shows how the table was presented before all the food arrived, everything was laid out beautifully, from all the props to the table layout.
“A classy afternoon in such a great atmosphere”
The table was presently beautifully, matching the persona of the Sherlock Holmes atmosphere. From the old style printed picture frames, to the wooden pipes. As a massive fan of Sherlock Holmes, I felt in my element.
“Beautiful props with great staff”
As you can see the food presented was beautiful, from the scones to sandwiches we were spoilt for choice, I couldn’t help myself gobbling down the sandwiches and drinking my chai mango tea. I could have stayed there all afternoon eating and drinking until someone had to roll me back to my train.
“Fantastic food at a very reasonable price”
